September 2025. With over 17 years of uninterrupted experience in Peru, global engineering and consulting firm Ausenco will be present at the 37th edition of the PERUMIN Mining Convention - the most important industry event in the region. The event will take place from September 22 to 26.

Regarding activities, the company will take the stage at the Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability Forum (TIS), where Pablo Monsalve, will lead a presentation on "Promoting Sustainability - Electric Trucks to Transform Mining Logistics in the Andes." The presentation will take place on Wednesday, September 24, from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Ausenco’s Senior Vice President and Director of Global Sustainability, Alexandra Almendra will also join a panel discussion on "Diverse Value Chain: Shared Responsibility for Equity". The session will take place on Wednesday, September 24, at noon as part of the Equity and Inclusion Forum, which seeks to close the gender gap within the sector.
In line with its vision of promoting female leadership in mining, Ausenco will also participate in activities organized by Women in Mining (WIM Peru). This includes the "Women in Mining Listening to Us" meeting, Gender Equality Day at PERUMIN, and several other initiatives aimed at highlighting the talented women in STEM careers. In this way, the company is strengthening its commitment to equality and helping to create spaces where diversity is a driver of innovation.
