I firmly believe that our dedicated focus on helping mining companies improve their technical disclosures to move their projects forward makes a real difference for our clients and the wider industry.

Sally is a geoscientist with over 30 years of international experience in the exploration and development of precious and base metal deposits. Sally has a deep understanding of both the technical and regulatory aspects of the field. Her work at the TSX Venture Exchange as a Senior Listings Manager, where she reviewed technical reports for NI 43-101 compliance, solidified her expertise in this critical area of Canadian securities law.

At Ausenco, Sally oversees the review of NI 43-101, S-K 1300, and JORC technical reports to ensure they meet jurisdictional regulatory requirements. Her role extends beyond compliance, providing advice on technical disclosure, and creating and delivering training courses on de-risking technical disclosures and regulatory requirements, ensuring her teams are well-prepared to navigate complex reporting standards.

Sally remains deeply involved in the broader regulatory landscape by presenting workshops and courses on NI 43-101 and S-K 1300 technical disclosure, contributing to several committees and actively shaping the future of regulatory compliance.

Sally completed her Master of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Economic Geology from the University of Western Australia. She is a Professional Geoscientist with Engineers and Geoscientists, British Columbia, a member of the Mining Technical Advisory and Monitoring Committee (CSA), and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum’s Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Committee.
