Ausenco has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for Young People in 2022 by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. This award recognizes employers that offer the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people just starting their careers.

“We are thrilled to be one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People,” says Simon Cmrlec, Chief Operating Officer. “As a company, we deeply value empowering future generations. Our new professionals challenge the status quo and bring new ideas and perspectives to projects and problems, making them essential to our success. And we are proud to offer them exceptional opportunities.”

At Ausenco young people learn from mentors, take part in decisions and make real contributions to project outcomes. We identify early talent from our Undergraduate Program and transition them to our three-year Graduate Program, where participants complete rotations every six months, giving them experience in administration, operations and business leadership. All students and young employees have opportunities to grow technically, professionally and personally.
