Daniel’s expertise also extends to landfills, foundations, geotechnical instrumentation, foundation grouting, materials evaluation, liner system inspections and waste dumps. He has also delivered site water management assessments during scoping and provided conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility and detailed engineering services worldwide. Daniel’s wealth of expertise encompasses construction management, providing quality control, assurance and operational consulting services for projects in the transportation and manufacturing sectors.
Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration in global business from the University of Denver in the United States. Prior to this, he obtained a Master of Science in civil-geotechnical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela.
