I am dedicated to fostering meaningful and mutually-beneficial relationships with Indigenous communities that are built on trust, transparency and open communication. I believe that projects should enhance and support the social fabric of communities.

Randy is a nationally recognised expert in Indigenous relations, consultation and partnership development. He brings extensive experience across government, industry, and the private sector, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships with Indigenous communities throughout Canada.

As the Director of Indigenous Partnerships and Community Development, Randy leads the national Indigenous partnership strategy and oversees the BRIDGES initiative—Building Relationships for Indigenous Development, Growth, Engagement and Sustainability. BRIDGES is Ausenco’s formal approach to fostering strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with Indigenous communities, economic development corporations and Indigenous-owned businesses.

Randy works with Indigenous governance structures, including hereditary and elected Chiefs and Councils, community leadership, guardian programs, land and resource departments and economic development organisations. His approach centers listening, learning and co-creating solutions that reflect community priorities.

With a practical background in infrastructure, permitting and construction, as a Red Seal carpenter and former contractor, Randy brings both technical insight and cultural awareness to every engagement. His ability to navigate complex projects while maintaining strong relationships has earned him the trust of Indigenous leaders and partners across the country.

Randy holds a master of arts in leadership and a graduate certificate in project management from Royal Roads University in British Columbia.
