Serguei is a seasoned mechanical civil engineer who leads projects in mechanical and piping engineering, construction, fabrication and assembly. He has extensive technical leadership experience in large-scale, long-distance transport systems, delivering efficient, safe, and sustainable solutions in complex industrial environments.
His expertise spans the design, construction, and commissioning of long-distance fluid transport piping systems. He has conducted technical inspections in both factories and on-site, overseen quality control, and supervised fabrication and assembly processes. Serguei is recognised for his leadership in implementing and commissioning major mining and industrial projects.
He has been the technical leader on various projects involving the hydraulic transport of solids and systems for saltwater, desalinated and freshwater. In construction and assembly, he has led the commissioning efforts for pipeline-based fluid transport systems and managed construction inspections and manufacturing quality control .
Serguei has extensive knowledge of international engineering codes and standards, including those from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the American Petroleum Institute (API), and the American Water Works Association (AWWA). He holds a Master of Science in engineering.
