As a Project and Design Manager and Principal Mechanical Engineer, Ben brings extensive experience in mining and municipal infrastructure projects. Ben has a technical background in analysing, designing, constructing, commissioning and operating diverse process systems, pump stations, piping systems, overland pipelines, plant and equipment across various applications.
Ben's detail-minded focus and proven ability to integrate engineering disciplines ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-value project outcomes for clients. His collaborative and flexible working approach has repeatedly ensured the successful delivery of mining projects, from concept to execution, encompassing minerals processing plants, tailings management, and general mine infrastructure.
Having joined Ausenco in 2024, Ben leads the NSW Engineering team from the Newcastle office. His diverse career includes roles across client-side, EPCM, OEM, and consultancy teams, giving him a well-rounded perspective and the ability to drive innovation and excellence in every project.
