Wilson provides services to mining companies and suppliers across Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile. He leads the design and implementation of supply chain process improvements, develops marketing plans for strategic products, and oversees budgetary control for maintenance and spare parts. He also focuses on increasing preventive and predictive maintenance, enhancing the reliability and availability of critical equipment and facilitating strategic workshops on asset management and operational models.

Currently, Wilson is the Operations Manager for asset optimisation and operational readiness in Brazil. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and financial performance of the business. His responsibilities include team leadership, performance analysis, process management, cost optimisation, resource allocation and strategic planning.

Wilson is trilingual and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from FEI University in Brazil. He is also certified in Six Sigma at both the green and black belt levels.
